Folks, I've simplified the site interface in an attempt to reduce confusion and make it easier to operate. If you're missing any links, be sure to check the "User" menu in the upper-right. To add a species to your lifelist, you can now click on "My Lifelist" and use the "Add Species" link right at the top.

The same thing applies to Notable Catches, Expeditions, and Galleries.

You'll also see some differences in the lifelist views, the species search page, and an ID or New Species Request link. You can use that link to request new species be added, or request a fish to be identified. This makes it easier on the admins and makes it easy to keep track of which requests have been fulfilled.

Thanks for your patience and let me know if you run into any bugs.

I like the changes. Thanks! Very conveient.
when i open up "my lifelist", no where does it say "add species". Any suggestions?

Gabe, you were right, it wasn't showing up for folks with zero species! Thanks for pointing that out, it's fixed now. You should see "Add Species" when you click on "My Lifelist".
When I view my lifelist it says "The South" at the top. Even if I limit the view to species from a different region, it always says "The South" just under the line that says "My Lifelist." Odd.

Good catch Gunnar, I fixed that one too now.
When I go to add a Greater Redhorse, River or a Black Redhorse I have no photo to "upload" is there any "hot tips" on how to fix this? lmao.... hope I made you smile too!
The gods do not subtract the alotted span in men's lives the hours spent in fishing.
I think a whole lot of people find those species hard to add to their list as well.
