Notes:
My first ever Medaka (Oryzias latipes) caught at a paddy field drain near a tributary of Onga River, Fukuoka, Japan, in October 2012 on Marukyu tube dough for Japanese dace on Sasamebari brand Shin Korin (new rainbow scale) tanago hook which has the smallest hook point as far as I know. Medaka is the smallest freshwater fish in Japan with the max size of 4 cm.
