Trout-perch, Percopsis omiscomaycus

The trout-perch is a very strange little fish. Seemingly halfway between the trout family and the perch family, this fish has both a fleshy adipose fin near its tail and a spiny dorsal fin, like a perch's, on its back. It's a silvery fish with a large, odd-shaped head and black spots.
