Notes: 
A bunch (310) of wakasagi caught from boat using a smelt rig and maggot. Wakasagi was originally distributed in northern Japan, but has been introduced all over Japan except Okinawa. It grows to around 15 cm. Fishing wakasagi from shore, boat, and through ice is very popular in Japan and they are preferably eaten in mainly tempura.
