That mouth means rosyside/redside dace and rosyside is the only one in the area.

Neat lateral stripe on that Clinostomus!

I usually don't try to ID many Cyprinid species unless I have one in hand, but this fish doesn't look much like either of the suggested ID's to me.  It's a good photo - I would ship it off to an expert to get an opinion.

It definitely looks like a dace, and looking in the Peterson guide, Allegheny pearl dace seems the most likely given the striping and region.

Pearl would have a much smaller mouth. Rosysides are pretty variable and can have a strong dark lateral stripe (https://www.fishbase.se/photos/ThumbnailsSummary.php?Genus=Clinostomus&Species=funduloides)

I haven't seen any rosysides with that stripe before, though I could have sworn I saw pictures of pearl dace with bigger mouths. Margariscus is just what I would have said if I was fishing there and was relying on my Peterson, though those fishbase pictures definitely sway me back towards Clinostomus.
