Delicious! We observed commercial halibut long-line fishers discarding thousands of blown up and dead Yelloweye and other rockfishes near Reef Island in the 1980s - not surprisingly rockfish populations have been decimated and most Sebastes spp. are up for listing as threatened in British Columbia.
