It is possible that this fish is ID'd correctly, but I don't see any of the identifying characteristics in the photo.  The Sand Diver Lizardfish is typically a "brightly colored" fish with yellow horizontal stripes running down it's sides.  It should have a dark spot on the upper edge of the gill opening (can't see in photo).  Your photo looks a lot like some of the smaller Inshore Lizardfish on Roughfish.  Maybe I'm missing something.
