No Clue What this Is
This fish does look Gobyish, but it doesn't look anything like the Common Goby (Pomatoschistus microps), which is a European Marine/Estuarine species. I can't find anything that looks even remotely like this in any of my Atlantic Coastal marine sources. I assume this fish was not caught inland? (if it was, it could be an aquarium release from almost anywhere).
