Bitterling has it I think.  The "Slim", "Highfin" or "Sharptail" Goby (Gobionellus oceanicus) is likely right.  You can't see the "high fin" on this fish because it's laid down.  But it has the slender body, the "sharp" tail, the caudal peduncle spot, and there is a hint of a "large ocellated spot under the first dorsal fin".  I didn't see this key characterisic the first time because it's faded, which threw me off the scent.
