Just curious what the difference is between a Miscellaneous exotic and a global species when it comes to fishing the state of Florida for invasive species - specifically Clown Knifefish - Chitala chitala - which is currently classified as a Global freshwater species. If you look at the species profile for Clown Knifefish at https://www.roughfish.com/species/379 you can see that 5 of the 6 entries are from Florida, not Asia, which says to me the fish is catchable with some consistency. I volunteer that if an exotic fish is readily catchable in decent quantities in public freshwaters in Florida, then to me it should count as a Misc Exotic just like all the other Misc exotics listed. Clown Knifefish are common in Lake Ida and surrounding canals in the Fort Lauderdale area.
Yes, it should be in Misc. Exotics. I changed it.
