Improvised Lure Clarification

Hey guys, Just wanted to check and see if these will be deemed acceptable for the "improvised lure" contest. They are flies, but no vise, bobbin or other instrument (other than a pair of scissors) was involved in making them. They were designed utilizing scraps of thread and material from my tying desk. Just let me know if these are acceptable as Tuesday/Wednesday are my fishing mornings on my current work schedule.
