Ding Dong the mowers dead............. 5 Months ago
AH..............I have been mowing what feels like the back forty for HOURS............I have only mowed back there ONCE this year.............anyway.....it is kind of like.........let's say..."FREE STYLE MOWING". It can be brutal. We have a million trees back there and you can't see where branches are............ANYWAY......as I am seeing the possiblity of MAYBE getting it all mowed..........I hit a dang ROCK...........you can't believe the stuff this mower has hit and ran like a champ. It died with one very loud very metallic KATUNK................and when I restarted it it sounded like there was a piece of metal in the blade.....you know like the playing card in the spokes of a bike....but this wasn't a cool sound. SO.....................I have decided to say ding dong the mower is dead....for now anyway. I have it waiting for my husband to come take the blade off for me so I can get a new one in the morning. I can put the new one on, just can't get this one off.

So, I think maybe I will scrub up and head...???? WHERE??? Yeah, the Croix. What a great place to live.

On a side note I am being harassed by some people who keep just riding me about fishing for "garbage fish"............it makes me really tired to deal with these jerks over and over.....blab, blab, blab about the Blue Marlin they just caught in Cabo........that is great, really but it is no comparison to fishing the river....come on, it isn't even fresh water. I bet it was fun, exciting and all, but LEAVE MY "garbage" fish alone. I have not told them I have plans to mount a sheep head this year.........that will be awesome to see their faces.

They are really into LM Bass and when I try to tell them about the Smallies in the upper Croix they do NOT believe me at all!

Their loss right?

Just venting.
