What an underbite! 1 Month, 3 Weeks ago
Erickol and I got out for some R&R today and enjoyed the fall air. This is a 10 pound 14 oz 32 inch channel that Eric Caught but the underbite was neat on this fish.

Now, I don't want to be that guy,but don't you mean
"overbite..?"

Or is it an in-joke I'm not aware of?

Sorry, I know nobody likes a smart-ass.
Sorry sorry sorry.

Cool fish either way!

Actually, an underbite on a channel cat would be quite amusing

However you play with the verbage, it fought like a bulldog and was a welcome visitor... a real healthy looking cat.
It was a great night to be fishing. Even though the shad were thick and they were being massacred by anything with an appetite, we did more fishing than catching.
I suppose we'll be making holes in the ice and freezing our asses off before we know it.

Just another reason that cats are such amazing fish -- they can survive with most any injury or deformity. My buddy once caught a cat with a split lower jaw (probably hook damage, but who knows because the bone broke) so far back that it would move each half independently. It was spooky. I wish we'd had a camera.
