What is that smell in Red Wing? 1 Month, 3 Weeks ago

I know some of you live in the area ... the entire south end of town smells like a gutshot moose. The streets were empty and we were gagging from the smell even with the windows closed. And I'm a guy who routinely handles some very bad smells ... What gives?

I've drove past that Cemstone place or whatever the heck it's called and had to roll up the windows before. That place puts out some serious stink sometimes.

I thought they made cereal or oatmeal there, that place is normally stinky and is right on the east side of town. Could that be it?
