I just had my offer accepted on my first home and now I have all the inspections ect to have done so it can be completed and closed.....there goes June 2008-July 2015.
Fixer upper but it has so much potential with the main part built in 1870 on the hill above the Croix.

Congrats! Finding that balance between home remodeling and outdoor activities is always a challenge. Looks like you have the right time line though (7 years)...hopefully a lot of breaks in there!
So, if you put on enough lead, can you hit the river? :)
