Fished the Lake Erie shoreline today for whatever wanted to cooperate. They call this area the "Walleye Capital of the World" but I think they should consider the Sheephead for the honor as well. You can hardly find a time along the shoreline or out in the lake when they aren't willing to bite. I love how diverse they can look from silvery white to brown or even orangish. Not too mention sometimes the irredescent purple really stands out as well. Anyways, the good ole Freshwater Drum is considered a nuisance for anglers around here but I enjoy catching them.
