This fish was among many fish hooked on 50 consecutive casts. I counted just for fun to see if I could reach 50 without hooking a fish. I did not succeed.
Thanks guys, I'm going to the same location and a few others this weekend for a few days so I will do a more extensive report upon our return. Gijs, I don't get the Buck Owens reference but I never was a Hee-Haw fan.
Hahaha, no crying time for me Gijs ... only when I have to leave the inconnu behind. But then again, by then I'm usually so tired and beaten up I almost don't mind. I still have three big bruises on my stomach where I was rsting my rod while fighting coneys and pike.
