<p>The second quillback I&#39;ve ever caught. Took a small segment of night crawler off the bottom and was surprisingly deeply hooked. &nbsp;</p>

That is a sweet catch! Very jealous here....

Did you sight fish it, or "luck into it?"

Thanks! I was just blind fishing when I caught it. The conditions might have turned the bite on, we were getting lots of little tap tap bites that were very hard to connect on. I guess they could have been from quillbacks. Got low on bait so I was just using the tip of a crawler and maybe that was the difference.
